This is a Justin Bieber's song, called Pray. It's about mixes images of natural disasters and war. He's seeing the news everywhere of children crying and soldiers dying, and he's closing his eyes to pray for a change. It's trying to get a message across the world, that if you don't eat your food there are starving children out in the world that have no food and live in streets. 

To help, Justin went to many hospitals to visit the children and to make them smile, to teach them than no matter what they have to be happy and smiling, to help them and tell that they have to be strong.
